JUSTICE ASHWANI KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 27-01-2016 By way of the present application preferred under Articles 226 and 227 of the Constitution of India, the petitioner seeks quashing of the FIR in connection with Saharsa Sadar P.S. Case No.150 of 2015 dated 8.3.2015 registered under Section 366 read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the present application in order to file another application along with the accused persons named in the FIR in the same subject matter.

Leave is granted.
