The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Kumarkhand P.S. Case No. 147 of 2016 instituted for the offence under Section (s) 341, 323, 379, 504, 506, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged in the written report that petitioner with co-accused Mukesh Kumar snatched the motor cycle of the informant and brought it to his house and on demand by the informant, he did not return the same.

From the written report, it appears that police has not registered any case under Section 414 I.P.C. There is no recovery of any motorcycle from the house of this petitioner as

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that during investigation, it has come that there was dispute for money between both the parties from before.

It has been mentioned in para 3 of the petition that petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, the prayer of the petitioner for anticipatory bail is allowed. In the event of surrender/arrest of the petitioner, above named, within six weeks from today in connection with Kumarkhand P.S. Case No. 147 of 2016, he shall be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Madhepura, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of Cr.P.C.
