The petitioner is languishing in custody for the offences punishable under Sections 304B/201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioner is father-in-law of the victim of dowry death. Husband is already in custody. Allegation is general and omnibus. Petitioner is in custody since 09.02.2018. Investigation of the case is already complete.

Considering the facts aforesaid, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court-below where

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.31317 of 2018 (4) dt.30-07-2018 P2/ the case is pending in connection with Salkhua P.S. Case No.129 of 2017, with following conditions:

(a) Both the bailors shall be the resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned Court-below.
