2. Perusal of the show cause, in particularly Para Nos. 5 & 6, it is evident that directions of this Court at Para-28 of the order dated 01.03.2019 passed in L.P.A. No. 1396 of 2018 has been complied.

3. Accordingly, the present M.J.C. - contempt petition stands dropped, reserving liberty to the petitioner to question the validity of calculation. If he is still aggrieved, he is at liberty to submit a detailed representation to the concerned authority for consideration. If such representation is submitted, the concerned authority shall examine the same and proceed to pass orders within a reasonable period of time.
