JUSTICE SANJAY PRIYA ORAL ORDER 06-04-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Belchhi (Belchi) P.S. Case No. 32 of 2016 instituted for the offence under Sections-420, 467, 468, 471, 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code.

It has been pointed out by learned Additional Public Prosecutor that prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner has earlier been rejected by this court vide order dated 06-02-2017 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 3157 of 2017.

This court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the pryer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner in connection with Belchhi (Belchi) P.S. Case No. 32 of 2016 is again rejected.
