The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Saraiya P.S. Case No.100 of 2013 registered under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 379 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The informant lodged the case on the allegation that the petitioner and others assaulted him and Guddu Choudhary with knife, bottles and they were badly injured. After some argument, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this anticipatory bail petition as one of the co-accused namely, Rambabu Choudhary has already been granted bail by the police.

As prayed for, this anticipatory bail petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
