2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 341, 323, 307, 379 and 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. As per F.I.R., petitioner no. 1 is order-giver and petitioner no. 2 is alleged to have snatched gold chain.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that due to land dispute between the parties, this false and concocted case has been lodged. There is case and counter case. Specific allegation of assault with farsa and sword is against other coaccused persons. So far as these petitioners are concerned, there is no allegation of assault against them. Rest of the allegations are ornamental in nature.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the bail petition.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the above named petitioners, in the event of their arrest/surrender within a period of eight weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gopalganj in connection with Bhore P.S. Case No. 104 of 2024, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
