ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 30-07-2018 Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and counsel appearing on behalf of the State.

The petitioner is in custody since 29.03.2018 in connection with Kankarbagh P.S. Case No.258 of 2018, registered under Section 290 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 4, 5, 7 of Immoral Traffic Act. Considering the nature of allegation made against the petitioner that the petitioner was the Director (Sanchalika) of the centre, where an immoral trafficking is being perpetuated, I am not inclined to grant regular bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the prayer for regular bail of this petitioner is rejected.
