ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 05-09-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State. The petitioner is in custody since 29.06.2019 in connection with Aurangabad Town P.S. Case No.203 of 2019 registered for the offence under Sections 30(a) and 37(b) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2018.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is alleged to be one of the sellers of the wine. Learned counsel further submits that alleged recoveries were not from the conscious possession of the petitioner.

Considering the aforementioned facts and circumstances and that the petitioner has no criminal antecedents, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail

No.55232 of 2019(2) dt.05-09-2019 2/2 on his furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Sessions Judge VII Cum Spl.
