In the present anticipatory bail application, the petitioner seeks to renew his prayer, which has been recently rejected. The matter had been placed in chambers and several adjournments had been granted to the petitioner. Though a statement has been made that he is willing and ready to keep his wife with all honour and dignity, he never appeared in Court to take her back although she has been coming to this Court with a small baby.
