JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 10-08-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner is said to have given iron rod blow, causing grievous injury on the head of the injured of the present case and earlier his prayer for bail was rejected by this court vide Cr. Misc. No. 53428 of 2015 dated 27.11.2015, but admittedly, the petitioner is in jail custody since 06.10.2015 and does not have any criminal antecedent.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as detention of the petitioner in jail custody, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Sessions Judge, 1st, Darbhanga in connection with S.T. No. 84 of 2016, arising out of Town P.S. Case No.133 of 2015.
