Perused the case diary which has been received. The allegation against the petitioners is that they had after beating the lady up administered thymet, a poison used in agricultural operation and got her admitted in the hospital. On perusal of the postmortem report some injuries on the chest is found recorded by the doctor and having regard to that, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the above named petitioners is rejected in connection with Sadar P.S.Case No.626 of 2014 pending in the Court of CJM, Purnea.
