Let the defect(s), if any, be removed within a period of four weeks.
The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 353 and 323 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 25(1-b)a, 26(2) and 35 of the Arms Act.
This is the second attempt of the petitioner to seek bail as earlier his bail application was rejected by order dated 23.02.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 56595 of 2021, on the ground that the petitioner had concealed his criminal antecedent in the said application.
Considering the period of custody, the petitioner,
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.62952 of 2022(2) dt.23-11-2022 2/2 above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Begusarai Mufassil P.S. Case No. 76 of 2021, subject to the condition that one of the bailors of the petitioner shall be his father, namely, Munna Singh @ Rajiv Kumar.
Further, if the learned trial court comes to a conclusion that petitioner, after his release on bail, is trying to delay the trial of the case in any manner, the learned trial court shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bonds of the petitioner after recording reasons.
