The petitioner seeks bail in connection with a case registered for the offence punishable u/s 307, 506, 120B/34 of the IPC and section 27 of the Arms Act.

The prosecution case in short is that the petitioners and other co-accused persons opened indiscriminate firing towards the house of the informant with intention to kill the informant. 4.
It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that petitioner is quite innocent and has not committed any offence as alleged in the FIR. No offence as alleged has ever taken place. He has been falsely implicated in this case due to enmity. No incriminating article has been recovered from the conscious physical possession of the petitioner. There is general and
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.63660 of 2024(2) dt.13-09-2024 2/2 omnibus allegation against the petitioner. The petitioner has one criminal antecedent and has been languishing in custody since 29.05.2024 and some of the similarly situated co-accused have been granted regular bail by co-ordinate Benches of this Court, which orders are enclosed at annexure-2 series. 5.
Learned APP for the State opposed the prayer for bail. 6.
Considering the facts and circumstances of this case, since similarly situated co-accused have been granted bail, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned court below where the case is pending/the Successor Court, in connection with Suppl. Gogari P.S. Case No.108/2023.
