The petitioners apprehend their arrest in Sirdala (Meskaur) P.S. Case No. 273 of 2016 instituted for the offence under Sections 144, 341, 353, 504, 506 and 188 of the Indian Penal Code.

It has been submitted that the petitioners have no criminal antecedent.

From the written report it appears that there is general

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.13990 of 2017 (2) dt.29-03-2017 2/2 and omnibus allegation against the petitioners. It further appears that there was land dispute between two private parties and when informant reached at the place of occurrence, it is alleged that misbehaviour was done with him. Besides this, there is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioners. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners is allowed. In the event of surrender/arrest of the petitioners, named above, within six weeks from today, in connection with Sirdala (Meskaur) P.S. Case No. 273 of 2016, they shall be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-V, Nawada, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) Cr.
