The petitioner is languishing in custody for the offences punishable under Sections 395/397 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner is informant of the case and according to FIR the petitioner and two others withdrew money from the bank and when they were on the way back, six unknown persons on the point of weapon snatched the bag of money. During investigation, the petitioner has been arrayed as accused.

Submission is that no material has surfaced either in the statement of the two persons, who were accompanying the informant, or any other witness that the petitioner is the

Considering the submission aforesaid as well as completion of investigation of the case, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court-below where the case is pending in connection with Dhamdaha P.S. Case No.170 of 2019, with following conditions: (a) Both the bailors shall be the resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned Court-below.

(b) The petitioner shall fully cooperate with the trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
