JUSTICE ASHWANI KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 19-03-2018 This application under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure has been filed by the petitioner for quashing the order dated 05.08.2016 passed by the learned Sessions Judge, Katihar in B.A. No.779 of 2016 by which while granting bail to the petitioner in connection with C.A. Case No.3282 of 2015 the petitioner had been directed to pay rupees two thousand per month to the complainant wife.
