1. The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief(s):- "1. That this application is for issuance of writ /order/direction to the respondents to grant second and third time bound promotion (A.C.P.) which was due since 24.02.2004 and 22.02.2010 respectively and pay consequential benefits including full pension, Earn leave, and entire Leave Encashment along with statutory interest as well as penal interest and other emoluments which were payable to him as he has served the Govt. of Bihar for about 40 years for which petitioner is representing before the respondents since the date of his retirement that is 31.12.2020 but one reason or the other they are

2. At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the District Magistrate, Samastipur, for redressal of his aforesaid grievances. Liberty so sought is granted.

3. It is needless to state that in case appropriate representation is filed by the petitioner, before the District Magistrate, Samastipur, within a period of two weeks from today, the same shall be considered, in accordance with law and a reasoned and a speaking order shall be passed, thereon, within a period of six weeks, thereafter.

4. The writ petition stands disposed off on the aforesaid terms.
