Let the petitioner surrender and pray for regular bail. If the petitioner surrenders before the Magistrate in Kishanganj in connection with Complaint Case No. 864C of 2013, the petitioner shall be admitted to bail by accepting the bond provisionally. A notice shall be issued to the complainant for appearance on the address given in the petition of complaint and the same shall be entrusted to the concerned police station in whose jurisdiction the lady could be living. A specific and clear date shall be fixed so as to facilitating the appearance of the parties. The learned court below shall individually and jointly talk to the parties and find out the reason as to why they are at the loggers head. The court below shall make a serious attempt to reconcile the matter between the

No.16370 of 2015 (2) dt.25-06-2015 2 / 2 parties by pointing out the ultimate fall out of the marriage which was solemnized some eight years ago and shall attempt to reconcile them to their existing married status. If need be, sittings more than one may be held by the court below and during that period, the provisional bail granted to the petitioner shall be extended. If the petitioner appears not taking a reasonable stand or was putting up some difficult conditions, his bond shall be cancelled and he shall be remanded to the custody. In case the lady was placing unreasonable conditions for joining the husband, his bail shall be confirmed.

With the above directions and observations, the petition stands disposed of.
