20-04-2017 Learned counsel for the appellant seeks withdrawal of instant appeal under the garb of principle laid down by the Hon'ble Division Bench in Criminal Appeal (SJ) No.832 of 2016 as the order impugned happens to be passed by Sessions Judge, West Champaran at Bettiah who does not happen to be notified as Special Judge under SC/St (POA) Act to re-agitate the matter before competent court.

With the aforesaid liberty, instant appeal is dismissed as withdrawn.
