2. The present petition has been preferred for restoration of CWJC No. 2035 of 2023 which was dismissed for non-compliance of the order dated 18.04.2023.

3. In view of the statement made in paragraphs 5 to 6 of the petition, the MJC No. 2444 of 2023 is allowed subject to payment of Rs.500/- with the Patna High Court Legal Services Committee.
