The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case under Section 307 and other sections of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

The informant made allegation that Raja Khan and Anil Singh came on a motorcycle and Raja Khan opened fire at the informant. The informant also alleged that he got land dispute with the petitioners and the petitioners had earlier threatened him. It appears that the petitioners were not present at the place of occurrence. Names of the petitioners figured in the case on suspicion.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the above named petitioners, in the event of their arrest or surrender in the court below within four weeks from today, are directed to be enlarged

Patna High Court Cr.Misc.
