2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Bhore P.S. Case No. 197 of 2024 for the offence registered under sections 406, 420 of the IPC.
3. As per the prosecution story, the Branch Manager of Sinduza Micro Pvt. Ltd., Bhore Branch, Gopalganj alleged that the petitioner was serving between 18/02/2022 to 30/05/2024 at the said branch, collected Rs. 6,00,750/- which he got transferred in his personal account and later, wanted some time to return the same. As he failed to do so, the FIR.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he left the job on 30.05.2024 and the FIR was lodged on 01.08.2024 clearly showing the false implication. Further, the

5. Learned APP submits that poor people made payment, collected by the petitioners serving in the branch, got it transferred in his own account and later, chose to leave the place/post. He as such, opposes the prayer.
6. Taking into account the submissions of the parties as also the materials on record, clearly the case lodged against the petitioner shows his intention of cheating 32 innocent poor people.
7. In that background, it would be appropriate that the petitioner seek bail. The anticipatory bail application stands rejected.
