The petitioners apprehend their arrest in Daraunda (M.H.Nagar) P.S. Case no. 17 of 2015, registered for the offences punishable under Section 307 and other Sections of the Indian Penal Code.

The gist of the allegation is that strong mob was proceeding towards Islampur Village for immersion of idol of Goddess Saraswati.

It is submitted that the petitioners are named at serial nos. 15 and 17 of the FIR, but no specific allegation is made against the petitioners. The petitioners are father and son.
