This application under section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure has been filed for quashing the F.I.r. in Morkahi P.S.Case No. 106 of 2014 registered for the offences punishable under sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 504, 506, 353, 153-A, 294, 505-C and 188 of the Indian Penal Code and section 9 of the Bihar Loudspeaker Use & Control Act, 1955.
The allegations made in the F.I.R. do constitute a cognizable offence.
