The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Sabour P.S. Case No.17 of 2020 registered under Sections 341, 323, 504, 385, 308 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. There is a case and counter case between both the parties. The petitioner has got no criminal antecedent.
