Learned counsel for the petitioner is permitted to remove defect(s), as pointed out by the office, if any, within a period of four weeks from today.

The petitioner apprehends her arrest in connection with Kuchaikote P.S. Case No. 137 of 2021 for the offences under Sections302/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The petitioner is 78 years old mother-in-law of the deceased and there are general and omnibus allegation against her.

Considering the aforesaid, the petitioner named above, in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below within one month from today, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand)

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.67563 of 2021(2) dt.08-03-2022 2/2 with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Sessions Judge-VII, Gopalganj in connection with Kuchaikote P.S. Case No. 137 of 2021 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
