JUSTICE RAJENDRA KUMAR MISHRA ORAL ORDER 14-09-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned counsel appearing on behalf of O.P. No.2 and the learned A.P.P. for the State. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Compliant Case No.128 of 2015, registered under Section 498(A) of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3/4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that on the joint prayer of the parties, the matter was referred to the Mediation Centre, Patna High Court, Patna for settlement of dispute between the petitioner and O.P. No.2, who are husband and wife, where both the parties have settled their dispute in terms of the agreement dated 07.09.2017, which is the part of the Mediator's report dated 08.09.2017 of Mediation Centre, Patna High Court, Patna.
