The petitioner, in the present case, is seeking regular bail in connection with Chhatapur P.S. Case No.156 of 2018, registered for offences alleged under Section 379/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is not named in the FIR. It is submitted that the petitioner is in custody since 25.05.2018 and has got no criminal antecedent.
