2. Petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Narayanpur P.S. Case No. 40 of 2025 dated 07.05.2025 registered for the offence punishable under section 309(4) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita.

3. The main submissions advanced by petitioner's counsel are that the petitioner was not put on Test Identification Parade before the informant, with whom the alleged occurrence of loot took place and he has been made accused mainly on account of the recovery of the looted mobile phone from his possession but the said recovery has been falsely shown as having been made from his possession. It is lastly submitted that the petitioner is a 19 year old person and has been languishing in jail since 23.05.2025 and against him the investigation has

4. Learned APP for the State has opposed the prayer of the petitioner.

Considering the aforesaid submissions and mainly the petitioner's custody period, his young age, coupled with completion of investigation against him, this Court is inclined to release him on bail. Accordingly, let the petitioner named-above be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the court concerned in connection with Narayanpur P.S. Case No. 40 of 2025.
