The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Begusarai Town P.S. Case No. 340 of 2012, registered for the offences punishable under Section 366 and other Sections of the Indian Penal Code. The father of the victim made allegation of kidnapping against the petitioner, but the victim appeared and made her statement under Section 164 of the Cr.P.C. disclosing that she on being chided by her mother went to the house of her sister. Nobody has kidnapped her.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, is directed to be

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.16675 of 2015 (2) dt.05-05-2015 2/2 enlarged on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai in connection with Begusarai Town P.S. Case No. 340 of 2012, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
