The petitioners seek pre-arrest bail in connection with Tarabari P.S. Case No. 13 of 2016 registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 324, 325, 307, 354-B, 379 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

Regard being had to the serious nature of allegation that the petitioners and two others entered into the house of the informant and assaulted the informant and three others causing
