2. The present petition has been preferred for the following relief(s):

"that this is an application for initiation of contempt proceeding against the contemnors-Opp. Parties for committing offence of wilful disobedience to the order/orders of this Hon'ble Court passed in C.W.J.C. No. 4359 of 2020 dated 03-032020 passed by Hon'ble Mr. Justice Anil Kumar Upadhyay, whereby and whereunder

Patna High Court MJC No.2100 of 2021(5) dt.12-09-2024 2/2 the petitioner was directed to be reinstated and Opposite parties were directed to comply the requirement of principle of natural justice at the earliest but even after 20 months of the order nothing has been done."

3. The writ Court wanted reinstatement of the petitioner after quashing the earlier order. A show cause has been filed and according to Annexure-R/3 which is the letter no. 27 dated 03.09.2024 issued by the office of Gram Panchayat, Kundar (Chanan), Lakhisarai. The letters issued by the office of District Program Officer Establishment, Education Department, Lakhisarai vide memo no. 2557 dated 02.09.2024, the services of the petitioner has been made as he was serving and posted at Primary School, Gobardaha, Kodasi.

4. In that background, this Court is of the opinion that the order stands complied.

5. Accordingly, MJC No. 2100 of 2021 is disposed of.

6. The presence of the District Education Officer, Lakhisarai is dispensed with.
