The petitioner apprehends her arrest in connection with Khaira P.S. Case No. 212 of 2022 registered under Sections 302, 328 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. Further submission is that the petitioner is an old lady having aged about 70 yrs and her name has been transpired in the present case merely on suspicion. Petitioner has got no criminal antecedent.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.60791 of 2022(2) dt.17-02-2023 2/2 within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing personal bond each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jamui in connection with Khaira P.S. Case No. 212 of 2022, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
