The petitioner seeks bail in a case under Section 302 and other sections of the Indian Penal Code, Section 27 of the Arms Act, Sections 3/4 of the Explosive Substance Act, Section 17 of the C.L.A. Act and different sections of the Unlawful Activities Prevention Act.

The petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. Name of the petitioner figured in the case in the confessional statement of Ram Bali Rai @ Bali Rai. The petitioner is also alleged to have fled away on the motorcycle of a co-accused. It appears that no specific allegation against the petitioner has been made about his participation in killing of Ram Chandra Singh @ Bhola Singh. Coaccused Naval Kishore Ram has already been enlarged on bail vide order passed in Cr. Misc. No. 26377/2014.
