The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 384 of the Indian Penal Code.

On the confessional statement of co-accused, namely, Mithun Paswan name of the petitioner has transpired. The petitioner has stated on oath that he has no such criminal antecedent.

Considering the aforesaid fact, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of thirty days from the date of receipt of the order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of
