2. Learned counsel for the opposite parties submits that the order dated 25-09-2019 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 19751 of 2019 (Annexure-2), which is the subject matter of the present contempt petition, has already been duly complied with.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that since the order under contempt has now been fully complied with, he seeks permission to withdraw the present contempt petition as it has become infructuous.

4. Permission, as prayed for, is granted.
