2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in case registered for the offences punishable under Section 304 of the B.N.S.

3. As per F.I.R, on 26.07.2024, when the informant was going for morning walk, two bike borne miscreants snatched a gold chain from his neck and fled away. The petitioner bears seven criminal antecedents out of which some of them are of similar nature.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that this petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence and he

5. Considering the seriousness and nature of accusation, criminal antecedents of this petitioner and other circumstances of the case, prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is rejected.
