The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Mashrak P.S. Case no. 43 of 2014, registered for the offences punishable under Section 304(B) and other Sections of the Indian Penal Code. The brother of the deceased made allegation that her sister was married with Shailendra Singh in the year 2009. She got two children. The informant alleged that all the accused-persons burnt his sister to death.

It is submitted that the petitioner is mother-in-law. The petitioner is an old lady aged about 72 years. The petitioner, at the time of occurrence, was in Calcutta.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.16726 of 2015 (2) dt.05-05-2015 2/2 named in the event of her arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saran at Chapra in connection with Mashrak P.S. Case No. 43 of 2014, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
