JUSTICE SANJAY KUMAR ORAL ORDER 18-03-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State.

The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Makhdumpur P. S. Case No. 295 of 2016 pending in the Court of CJM, Jehanabad registered for offence punishable under Sections 341, 323, 307 and 504 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

There is specific allegation against the petitioner that he gave khanti blow on the head of informant and in course of treatment, he was referred to Sadar Hospital, Jehanabad in unconscious condition.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, I do not find it a fit case for anticipatory bail and therefore his prayer is refused. The petitioner, if surrenders and seeks regular bail
