Petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with a case registered for the offence under Sections 504/506 of the Penal Code and Section 3(x) of the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that from very perusal of the First Information Report it would appear that the offence under Section 3(x) of the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act is not made out as petitioner is said to have abused the informant by his caste name on mobile phone. The other offences are bailable.
