JUSTICE SUDHIR SINGH ORAL ORDER (Per: HONOURABLE THE ACTING CHIEF JUSTICE) 22-02-2017 The present petition, in public interest, has been filed for a direction to take over the Anant Kumar Jain Vidyapith, Ara, Bhojpur managed by the Minority Jain Community. Another writ application, CWJC No. 3800 of 2016 (Anant Kumar Jain Vidyapith Vs. The State of Bihar & Ors.) has already been filed for the same relief.

Learned counsel for the writ applicant submits that the previous petition has been filed by the Headmaster of the

Patna High Court CWJC No.10493 of 2016 (2) dt.22-02-2017 2/2 School, whereas the present petition has been filed by the father of one student.

Since the relief claimed is same, therefore, mere fact that the father of the student has filed the present petition, the same is not warranted as the matter is being examined in CWJC No. 3800 of 2016.

The present petition is thus disposed of.
