The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Sections-302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The prosecution case, in brief, is that accused persons assaulted the informant's son and her son was killed. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner is in custody since 21-05-2018 and there is no allegation of tampering of witnesses alleged against the petitioner. The petitioner is not named in the FIR. His name has come in course of investigation. It is alleged that at the time of occurrence, the petitioner was also present. No specific overt act or injury has been attributed against this petitioner. General and omnibus

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.51488 of 2018 (3) dt.18-09-2018 allegation has been made against the petitioner. Charge sheet has already been submitted in this case.

On behalf of the State, it is submitted that the petitioner's name has also transpired in course of investigation. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Madhubani in connection with Pandaul P.S. Case No. 149 of 2000.
