The petitioner, who is brother-in-law of the deceased, apprehends arrest in a case under sections 302,201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he is an aged person, the marriage of the deceased took place 18/19 years back. He has no concern with the affairs of the deceased and his brother lives separately from him. Further, no matrimonial case was earlier lodged against the accused side. In the facts and circumstances of the case, in the event of arrest/surrender, let the petitioner as mentioned above be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.5,000/- with two
