The petitioner seeks bail in connection with S. Tr. No. 251 of 2016 arising out of Kahalgaon P.S. Case No. 455 of 2015 registered under Sections 302 and 201 read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Regard being had to the serious nature of allegation that the petitioner, being the husband of daughter of the informant, killed her in her matrimonial home and disposed of the body hurriedly, I am not inclined to grant him bail. Accordingly, the prayer for bail is rejected.
