JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 09-04-2024 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief:- "(1) (i) For setting aside the order dated 14-09-2018 passed in appeal case no.6/18 by the District Programme Office, Nalanda at Bihar Sharif whereby and whereunder the representation for grant of salary/honorarium to the petitioner was filed in compliance of order dated 21-032018 passed in C.W.J.C. No.1865/2017 has been rejected and claim for payment of Honorarium/Salary for working period 30-03-2011 to 18-06-2011 and 05-03-2012 to till date on the post of Sahayika-cum-Sevika has been denied

Patna High Court CWJC No.17179 of 2022(2) dt.09-04-2024 2/3 despite admitting this fact that during the said period the petitioner has been uninterruptedly operated Anganwari Centre No.50, Ward No.20, Mo.-Mansur Nagar, Bihar Sharif (Nalanda).

(ii) For a direction upon the respondent authorities to make payment of remuneration/honorarium of the petitioner for the post of Sahayika-cum-Sevika since 30.03.2011 to 18.06.2011 and since April 2012 to till date along with interest as directed by this Hon'ble Court which has been withheld for no apparent reason without issuing any show-cause or conducting any departmental proceeding.

(iii) And/or, in alternate for a direction to hear and dispose off the Anganwari Revision case no.48 of 2019 pending before the District Magistrate, Nalanda at Biharsharif, which is filed by the petitioner on 14-052019 against the order dated 14-09-2018 passed in Appeal No.6/18 and till date no order has been passed since long time."

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner has limited the relief sought for in the present writ petition to issuance of a direction to the District Magistrate, Nalanda at Biharsharif to dispose off the revision petition filed by the petitioner, bearing Revision Case No.48 of 2019. 3.

The learned counsel for the respondent-State submits that in case the aforesaid revision petition is still

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, I deem it fit and proper to direct the District Magistrate, Nalanda at Biharsharif to dispose off the aforesaid revision petition, in case the same has not yet been disposed off, by passing a reasoned and a speaking order, in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks of receipt/production of a copy of this order.

The writ petition stands disposed off on the aforesaid terms.
