It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that in the cause title of order dated 28.2.2017 it has been mentioned P.S.Case No. 542 and, as such, learned court below has not accepted the bail bond of the petitioner but in the body portion of the said order case number has correctly been mentioned as 'C.R.No. 542 of 2015'.

However, it appears that due to process in soft ware such mistake has happened and the court below should aware about it and should not raise such unnecessary objection.
