JUSTICE SUDHIR SINGH ORAL ORDER 13-07-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel for the State.

The petitioners were granted anticipatory bail vide Cr.Misc.No.5603 of 2016 dated 06.04.2016. The present modification application has been filed stating that the petitioner no.2 Kunti Devi @ Bhuli Devi is traceless and is not in contact with petitioner no.1 Lalpari Devi, hence the direction for deposit of Rs.15,000/- jointly by the petitioners be modified. The aforesaid order is modified to the extent that the petitioner no.1, namely, Lalpari Devi shall deposit an amount of Rs.7,500/- in the court below, i.e., ACJM, Patna City in connection with Khusrupur P.S.Case No.194 of 2015 which shall be subject to the final disposal of the case. The period of surrender is extended by another two weeks from the date of

With the aforesaid modification, the present application is disposed of.
