The petitioners seek bail in connection with Supaul P.S. Case No. 286 of 2018 registered under Section 366/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Petitioners are said to have been apprehended in the course of kidnapping of the daughter of the informant aged about 18 years from his house enticing her with intention to sell her out.
It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that no such occurrence as alleged ever took place. The petitioners have no concern with the aforesaid occurrence.

No.49116 of 2018(3) dt.20-09-2018 2/2 As a matter of fact, when negotiation of marriage of the victim with petitioner Mahavir Singh failed due to demand of money by the informant for marriage the informant got falsely apprehended the petitioners in the occurrence with his own man and implicated in this case. The victim happens to be major, who in her statement recorded under Section 164 Cr.P.C. said nothing against the petitioners. The petitioners have been languishing in custody since 16.05.2018.
In the facts and circumstances of the case, the above named petitioners are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Supaul in connection with Supaul P.S. Case No. 286 of 2018.
