JUSTICE NAVANITI PRASAD SINGH ORAL ORDER 09-06-2015 The petitioner apprehends his arrest in relation to Simultala P.S. Case No. 14 of 2014 registered under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 504, 506 read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner draws attention of this court to the fact that after investigation police has submitted a final report charge-sheeting the petitioner under minor sections and not under Section 307 of the Indian Penal Code. From the order of learned Sessions Judge, it seems that the dispute arose out of the game of cricket.

Be that as it may, in the event of his arrest/surrender before the court below within four weeks, let the petitioner, namely, Ajit Kumar, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/-

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.17772 of 2015 (2) dt.09-06-2015 (ten thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jamui, in connection with Simultala P.S. Case No. 14 of 2014, subject to condition laid down under Section 438

(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
